Company History
Hacksaw Gaming was founded in Sliema, Malta in 2018 by a team out of NetEnt and Leander Games, Swedish roots and all. The first products were scratch cards; the 2020 move into video slots is what turned the studio into a fixture on casino lobbies.
Eternal Duel arrived on 12 March 2026, taking the studio's DuelReels format and handing it the oldest rivalry in mythology — Hades against Zeus, two brothers and two realms, as the game's own tagline has it.
The one-mechanic-per-title discipline holds. What belongs to Eternal Duel is the FS DuelReel, where the scatters themselves duel to decide how long your bonus runs, plus the Bonus Upgrades that promote a round up the tier ladder. The studio works under MGA and UKGC licences, both of which require independently tested RNGs.
What They Do Best
Duelling Multipliers
A VS symbol expands to cover a whole reel and two duelists fight over it, each holding one multiplier. The winner's figure is applied across that entire DuelReel.
Tiered God-War
